How to Make Beta-Alanine Work for You
We all know there are many supplements that exist in the body building world, and we can't help but to question just how much of a difference they make. Beta-alanine, however, is a supplement that has proven to be effective time and time again.

Why You Can't Lose Weight
Have you tried and tried to lose weight, but never see results? You may not know it, but there are some things you could be doing that are preventing you from achieving your goals. Here are some examples of possible reasons why you aren't losing weight:
1) Drinking too Much Alcohol may not contain fat, but it does have calories, very high calories. Unless you're running a few miles after your party binge, your body will use the calories from the alcohol and store the ones from healthy meals. Another aspect of too much drinking, is drinking soda in excess. Soda is loaded with sugar, too much in fact, that it raises your blood sugar level to a scary height.
2) Not Enough Exercise, and Lack of Quality Exercise In order to keep a trim figure, exercise is essential. Lack of exercise slows your metabolism, or essentially, your ability to burn calories. You should strive to be active all throughout the day, and get in solid exercise about 30 minutes at least 5 times a week. Also, it is important to diversify your workout regimen. Doing the same routine everyday gets boring, and tends to train your muscles to that routine, and thus, making your workout far less effective.

A Guide to Water Aerobics
Water aerobics are designed to give you a full-body workout, without putting strain on your joints and bones. Water aerobics can be beneficial to the elderly, pregnant women, people rehabilitating after surgery, people who are overweight and find the treadmill to be just too hard on their body or for just anyone looking to try something new.
Water aerobics burn energy very efficiently and safely. They don't place any unnecessary stress on the joints, which makes them a very unique kind of exercise. Sessions last around 45 minutes, burning 450-700 Calories an hour, which is much higher than exercises done on land.
Something else to consider about water aerobics, is that although you may sweat, the water cools you down right away, so you don't get red in the face from overheating. Also, the water provides multi-directional resistance, which is a great benefit for people who haven't exercised in a long time, or rehabilitating patients. |

Top 5 Weight Loss Tips for Women
Here are some great tips to help you meet your weight loss goals!
#1) Healthy Diet and Activity Dropping the pounds means you must expend more calories than you consume. It means a change in lifestyle, however, it's quite simple when you put your mind to it. Set up a healthy eating schedule with about 1500-2000 calories daily, and eating every 3-4 hours in smaller portions. Next, make a point to get your heart rate up for 30-45 minutes at least 5 times a week. You can do this by walking, jogging, running, riding a bike, cleaning the house really quickly, or even having sex.
#2) Take Progressive Photos When you begin your weight loss regimen, snap a pic of yourself in your current state so you can have something to look back on when you're in your great new bod. Continue taking photos of your progress every two weeks or so, because visually seeing results will give you the motivation to go even further till you reach your goals.
